Samantha & Josh are getting married today at the Phoenix Zoo. The weather is going to be PERFECT. I’ve decided they are pretty much the luckiest clients I have had this year. On their engagement session at my favorite location- the Salt River, they got up close and personal with the wild horses of the Salt River -yes, those are horses you see in the background! We are close, but respectful. Not only that, but they got a KILLER sunset. Not to mention all that green stuff in the desert? Unheard of. They’re all actually weeds, but shhhh…. And now, the temperatures are dipping a bit from the 80-90 degree weather we’ve been having, to a balmy, perfect 75 degrees tomorrow.

Arizona has so many gorgeous scenic mountains and landscapes just a short drive away from downtown. I love when my couples are adventurous. It makes me feel like a tour guide… except that I usually make information about plants and animals we see up, and I usually get stuck by something at some point. But hey, at least it provides some amusement!
