I say this every year, but what a year 2019 was! I love doing year recaps because it’s an excellent way to go back through and look at all of the weddings, elopements and sessions I shot throughout the year, as well as see my own progress from year to year. This year,  my associate & I photographed:

• 10 weddings
• 18 elopements
• 41 sessions

And delivered over 14,000 edited photos.

On a personal note, I also delivered my biggest project yet- my baby girl, Lagatha on 7/11. We are so happy to have had her join our family. She is a beautiful, happy girl and we can’t wait to see her personality unfold. I am definitely taking a full load of work post baby- I was back to work just 2 months after her birth with a busy fall season shooting weddings and elopements and 2020 is already looking to be just as busy, if not more so. I’m so thankful for a job that is doing what I love and giving people something they value that also allows me to be able to work from home to be able to be with her (and save money by not having to send her to daycare).

 

Thank you so much to all of my wonderful clients and supporters who allow me to do what I love. Here’s to 2020 and a new decade, which marks about 10 years of photographing weddings and portraits for me. I’m so excited to see what the new year brings!
